Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Sessions
Tai Chi was originally practiced in China as a martial art for self defence but is now used around the world for its health benefits. There are many styles of Tai Chi, but all styles help to develop internal Qi (energy) whilst maintaining or improving the physical body.
Tai Chi Qigong can simply be translated as ‘energy work’. The sessions are a series of slow movements which flow from one to the next, very much like a slow dance. Tai Chi Qigong is very inclusive and anyone can practice this beautiful health art.
1 hour class- 10:30am- 11:30am.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing.
Spaces are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
If you book and are then unable to attend please email email@example.com so your place can be offered to someone else.
There is free parking on site either directly outside the centre and in any unmarked spaces on the business park.
Please note the following:
1. Together Against Cancer (TAC) is a registered charity and offers this workshop on a free or by donation basis (donations can be made on the day and are entirely voluntary).
2. The workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18.
3. Photographs may be taken at the workshop, which we may use in our publications and social media.
