Yoga is a combination of mindful movement and self-inquiry. Originally practiced in India as a means of bringing compassion and acceptance to all aspects of every-day life, yoga is now being shared across the globe as a form of relaxation, rejuvenation and building physical and emotional strength.
Lead with the intention of creating body awareness and inner-strength, these sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
1 hour class- 10:30am- 11:30am.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. Mats and blankets are available to use.
To ensure a more personal experience for all, spaces are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
If you book and are then unable to attend please email firstname.lastname@example.org so your place can be offered to someone else.
There is free parking on site either directly outside the centre and in any unmarked spaces on the business park.
Please note the following:
1. Together Against Cancer (TAC) is a registered charity and offers this workshop on a free or by donation basis (suggested donation £3, which can be made on the day and is entirely voluntary!). All proceeds go directly back to the running of our Education & Wellness Centre.
2. The workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18.
3. Photographs may be taken at the workshop, which we may use in our publications and social media.
